Ingredients: Magnesium (as magnesium citrate), capsule shell (gelatine), zinc (as zinc citrate), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Usage: take 3 capsules daily with water, preferably before bedtime.
