Paid wholesale orders are picked and dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery within Lithuania via DPD usually takes 1–2 business days.
At the moment, warehouse stock balances are not directly displayed on the platform. After entering the desired quantity, the system may automatically adjust it. This represents the maximum quantity available for order according to the current warehouse stock balance.
No, it is not possible to order goods that are currently not in stock.
The exact shelf life dates of all goods are not displayed on the platform. However, if the shelf life of a product is shorter than 90 days, this information is clearly indicated next to the specific product.
Yes, information about the number of units in the secondary packaging is provided in the product description. If this information is not indicated, it means that the product is supplied without secondary packaging.
At the moment, we work with 100% advance payment – the order is processed only after receiving full payment.
Order processing begins only after receiving full payment.
Returns of goods are not accepted.
Upon receiving a defective product, please contact us within 5 business days from the receipt of the order by e-mail: wholesale@mrbiceps.lt
After assessing the situation, if the defect originated on our side:
- we will replace the product or
- refund the money paid.
