Ingredients: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb extract 2.5% rosmarinic acid, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower dry extract, green tea (Camellia sinensis L) extract 40% L-theanine, melatonin, magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), silicon dioxide.
