Ingredients: iron bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised corn starch), vegan capsule shell (hypromellose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
Usage: take 1 capsule with liquid.
