Ingredients: magnesium (in the form of magnesium citrate), soft capsule (gelatin, humectant (glycerin), colour (titanium dioxide), water), filler (beeswax, soy bean oil), emulsifier (soy lecithin).
Usage: Take 3 capsules per day with liquid.
