Usage: mix one scoop (5,5 g) with 120 ml of cold water and consume 30-45 min. before training. It is recommended to use only one scoop (5,5 g) for the first 3 times. On the 4th use, the dose may be increased by an additional half scoop (2,75 g). Do not consume more than 2 scoops (11 g) per 24 hours, and not more often than 5 out of 7 days.

Ingredients:
Fruit punch flavour: acidity regulators (citric acid (E330) and tartaric acid (E334)), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide (E551) and calcium silicate (E552)), flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose (E955) and acesulfame K (E950)), colour (beetroot powder), (beta-carotene (E160a)).
Allergens: manufactured in a facility where milk products, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soy may also be processed.
