Usage: Mix 1 heaped scoop of powder (6,3 g) with 240-300 ml of water. Take 1 serving upon waking in the morning before breakfast, and another serving after 4 - 6 hours, preferably before training. Maximum daily intake - 2 servings per day. The product should be taken on an empty stomach, before training. Drink plenty of water.
