Chocolate flavour: protein blend (whey protein concentrate (from milk), glycine, buttermilk powder, glutamine, L-arginine hydrochloride, emulsifier (lecithins)), flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), sweetener (sucralose).
Allergens: milk. The product may contain: soybeans, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
Usage: mix one serving of the product ~30 g (1 measuring scoop) with 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer.
