Swedish Supplements ZMA+ consists of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle function, protein synthesis, and nervous system function. Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood and normal immune system function. Zinc also helps protect cells from oxidative damage.

Claims have been approved by the European Commission in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 274/2014.
Usage: 2 capsules daily, 30-60 minutes before sleep. Avoid this product together with products that contain high amounts of calcium, such as dairy products, as this inhibits absorption.

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, bulking agent [E460], capsule shell [bovine gelatin], anti-caking agents [E470b, E551].
Usage: 2 capsules daily, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Avoid this product together with products containing high amounts of calcium, such as dairy products, as this inhibits absorption.
