Ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), ascorbic acid, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), ferrous fumarate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, methylcobalamin.
Usage: take 1 capsule daily with food. Avoid taking together with coffee.
