SIS Beta Recovery is an advanced dual source recovery drink scientifically formulated to support recovery after endurance exercise. Designed for athletes that regularly train or perform moderate to high-intensity exercise lasting 90 minutes or more.

Usage: add 100 g of powder (three full scoops) to 500 ml cold water and shake. Best consumed within 30 minutes post-exercise as muscle and liver glycogen re-synthesis is more rapid if carbohydrate is consumed in the immediate post-exercise period.
