Ingredients: magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], bulking agent (cellulose gel), zinc sulphate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that processes foods containing milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts.
Usage: take 1 capsule daily in the morning with a glass of water.
