Scitec Protein Pancake is a protein pancake mix designed for individuals who require an increased protein intake in their diet. Protein consumption helps to maintain and preserve muscle mass growth.

Usage: mix one scoop (37 g = 2.5 tablespoons = 1 measuring scoop) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk. Shake vigorously or stir until the mixture resembles traditional pancake batter. Then pour into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the batter). Experiment with the thickness of the batter, pancake size, and cooking time to achieve your desired pancakes. You can store the prepared pancakes in the refrigerator and consume them within 1 day.
