Usage: mix each serving (6 g - 3/4 scoop) with 400 ml of water. During the "loading phase", consume 1 serving daily for every 15 kg of body weight (this way creatine will saturate the muscles faster). Distribute these servings throughout the day and take before meals. After 5 days, for maintenance use, take only 1 serving per day. If you want to skip the "loading phase" principle, start taking 1 serving per day immediately.

Ingredients:
Passion Fruit flavour: creatine monohydrate, taurine, flavouring (Passion Fruit flavour), magnesium oxide, sweeteners (acesulfame K and sucralose), micronized creatine monohydrate, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), colours (riboflavin, carmoisine*), creatine citrate, anhydrous creatine, creatine pyruvate, DL-malic acid, nicotinamide. *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish and crustacean ingredients.
