Biotech Protein Oatmeal - is a protein-enriched oatmeal intended for balanced and nutritious breakfasts. The product combines oat flakes with a low glycaemic index and a high protein content, which helps maintain muscle mass during daily activities, training, or dieting.

Usage: mix 87 g (6 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 125 ml of water or lactose-free milk or plant-based milk, leave the mixture to stand for a few minutes and then consume.

Banana flavour: Oat flakes (contains gluten) 73 %, whey protein concentrate 16 %, banana pieces (dried banana pieces 3,5 %, coconut oil, sucrose, honey, flavouring), apple pieces [dried apple pieces 2,5 %, dextrose, preservative (sulphur dioxide)], L-glutamine 0,5 %, flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine 0,2 %, acid (citric acid), L-leucine 0,04 %, salt, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0,02 %, L-valine 0,02 %, colour (tartrazine)*, maltodextrin.*Tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Chocolate flavour: Oat flakes (contains gluten) 72 %, whey protein concentrate 15 %, black cherry pieces 4 % (dried black cherries 85 %, dextrose), sour cherry pieces 5 % (dried sour cherries 85 %, dextrose), low-fat cocoa powder, L-glutamine 0,8 %, flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine 0,2 %, salt, L-leucine 0,04 %, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0,02 %, L-valine 0,02 %, maltodextrin.
Allergens: oats, milk, soy. Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts.

Do not exceed the established recommended dose.Store at 15-25 °C in a dry place, in a closed container. Protect from direct sunlight. Consume within 3 months of opening!
