OstroVit Protein Pancakes - nutritious pancakes made from oat flour and whey protein concentrate, with no added sugar.

Usage: Mix 4 scoops (50g) with 80 ml of water or milk using a whisk until you obtain a smooth batter. If the batter seems too thick, add a little water or milk. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. Fry the pancakes in a preheated, well-greased pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown, serve hot with toppings of your choice.
