Ingredients: fish oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil, gelatin, humectant - glycerol; water; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).
Allergens: fish. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with a sufficient amount of water.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight.
