Usage: take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with a sufficient amount of water.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Must not be consumed by persons with health disorders. Recommended for use by persons not younger than 18 years of age.
