Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, starch; anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily 30 minutes before bedtime.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Keep tightly closed, in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Must not be consumed by persons with medical conditions. Recommended for use by persons not younger than 18 years. Must not be used by children and pregnant women, before trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for food.
