Ingredients: ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) - KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, standardised to 5 % withanolides, inulin, bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), containing 95 % piperine.
Usage: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a meal, drinking plenty of water. The product is intended for adults.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight.
