OstroVit Keep Sleep is a powdered blend that provides the body with L-arginine, L-glutamine, gamma-aminobutyric acid, L-ornithine L-aspartate, D-aspartic acid, L-lysine HCl and L-tryptophan. The product also contains lemon balm leaf extract, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6 and melatonin.
