Usage: Mix 10 g (1.5 teaspoons) with 300 ml of water. Consume 1 serving during training.

Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children, protect from direct sunlight. The product has strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). The formation of lumps or a uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. In such case, the product should be crushed again.
