OstroVit Glutamine - is glutamine in powder form, one of the twenty amino acids involved in protein synthesis.

Usage: Mix a 5 g serving (1 scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings per day: one first thing in the morning, the second after training. On non-training days, drink one serving first thing in the morning.

Lemon flavour: L-glutamine, acidity regulators - citric acid, flavouring, taurine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Orange flavour: L-glutamine, acidity regulators - citric acid, flavouring, taurine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
