Ingredients: gamma-aminobutyric acid, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, wheat, eggs, celery, mustard, crustaceans.
Usage: take one serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children, protect from direct sunlight.
