Ingredients: fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) active substances extract ratio 4: 1; capsule (filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Keep tightly closed, in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight.
