Benefits of potassium: helps maintain normal blood pressure and normal muscle function.
Benefits of magnesium: Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Helps maintain normal muscle function and nervous system activity. Contributes to the maintenance of normal psychological function and protein synthesis.
Benefits of calcium: helps maintain normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. It helps maintain the normal function of digestive enzymes. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal teeth and bones.
Benefits of chlorides: help maintain normal digestion by producing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Ingredients: Potassium citrate (potassium), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium carbonate (magnesium), sodium chloride (sodium, chlorine), calcium carbonate (calcium), starch, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: Take 1 serving (3 tablets) daily.
