With sweeteners: Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator - citric acid, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Usage: add 3 g (3/4 scoop) to 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink 1 serving per day, immediately in the morning or after training. On non-training days, drink one serving per day immediately in the morning.
