Ingredients: dextrose, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, taurine, acidity regulator: citric acid; beetroot juice concentrate in powder form, flavourings, colour: carotenes; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K. Manufactured in facilities using ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: dissolve one serving of the product (20 g – 3 scoops) in 200 ml of water or juice. Consume 1 serving one hour before training.
