Ingredients: maltodextrin, capsule shell (filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), D-biotin (biotin).
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably with a meal, to obtain the beneficial effect of the product. The product is intended for adults.
