Usage: Dissolve 800 mg (1 scoop) in 100 ml of water or juice. Use the measuring scoop provided in the package (1 ml). A single serving of more than 800 mg of beta-alanine may cause a tingling or numbness effect. It is advisable to consume one 800 mg serving, with at least a 3-hour break between separate servings of the product.

Ingredients:
Lemon and orange flavours: beta-Alanine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Unflavoured: beta-Alanine.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

It is recommended to consume one 800 mg serving, with at least a 3-hour break between separate servings of the product.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product must not be used as a food substitute. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children, protect from direct sunlight. This product has strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). Formation of lumps or a uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. The resulting lumps or caking do not affect the product’s function or effectiveness. This phenomenon can be avoided by storing the product in the freezer and shaking before each dosing. When taken on an empty stomach, some users may experience skin tingling and sometimes even skin redness. This is not dangerous and is a temporary phenomenon. To avoid this effect, the dose should be reduced and it should be taken with any carbohydrate-containing drink or food.
