OstroVit BCAA 8-1-1 - is a powder of three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, valine and isoleucine, intended for physically active people.

Usage: mix 5 g (1 scoop) of powder with 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume one serving per day before or after training. On non-training days, consume one serving in the morning.

Ingredients:
Without sweeteners: L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine.
Lemon, orange flavour: L-leucine, emulsifier - rapeseed lecithin, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator - citric acid, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: mix 5 g (1 scoop) of powder with 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume one serving per day before or after training. On non-training days, consume one serving first thing in the morning.
