Usage: mix 5 g (1 scoop) of powder with 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume one serving per day before or after training. On non-training days, consume one serving in the morning.

Lemon flavour: L-leucine, emulsifier-rapeseed lecithin, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator-citric acid, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Orange flavour:L-leucine, emulsifier-rapeseed lecithin, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator-citric acid, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

ATTENTION! Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product has lower solubility and a bitter aftertaste. This is a natural characteristic of the raw materials used. A good solution is to mix the product with water or juice, stirring the solution carefully, or consume the powder directly with water or juice.
