OstroVit BCAA 2-1-1

Usage: add 10 g (1.7 measuring scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving per day before or after training. On non-training days, take one serving upon waking.

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine.

Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

WARNING! Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product has lower solubility and a bitter aftertaste. This is a natural characteristic of the raw materials used. A good solution is to mix the product with water or juice, stirring the solution carefully, or consume the powder directly with water or juice.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children, protect from direct sunlight
