Usage:

Without sweeteners: dissolve one 3 g serving of the product (1/2 teaspoon) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. Drink one serving 30 min. before training.

Lemon, orange flavour: Add 5,45 g (3/4 measuring spoon) to 200 ml of water. On training days, take one serving 30 min. before training.

OstroVit Arginine 210 g. L-arginine powder with sweeteners.
