Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, standardized to 11% acetic acid, capsule shell (filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Allergens: may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage: take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably with a meal.
Warnings: do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Must not be consumed by persons with medical conditions. Recommended for use by persons not younger than 18 years of age.
