Usage: mix one 5 g portion (1 scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or your favorite juice. On training days, drink two portions 30 minutes before training.

Ingredients: 

Without sweeteners: 100% L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate.

Lemon flavour: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, acidity regulator-citric acid, taurine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Orange flavour: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, acidity regulator-citric acid, taurine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
