Usage: 10 ml, 3 times per day, approximately 30 minutes before training. Use the included measuring cap to measure the required serving - 10 ml. Shake before use. One bottle contains 6 servings - consume within two days. Store the opened ampoule in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients:
Orange flavour: water, beta-alanine, taurine, acidity regulators - citric acid, sodium citrate, caffeine, flavourings, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, sweeteners - cyclamates, acesulfame K, sucralose, salt, preservatives - sorbic acid, cayenne pepper extract, (Capsicum annuum L.), thickener - sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, colour (carotene).
Cola flavour: water, beta-alanine, taurine, acidity regulators - citric acid, caffeine, flavourings, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, sweeteners - cyclamates, acesulfame K, sucralose, salt, preservatives - sorbic acid, cayenne pepper extract, (Capsicum annuum L.), colour (sulphite ammonia caramel).
