Ingredients: fish oil (source of Omega-3 fatty acids), menaquinone (menaquinone-7, obtained by fermentation from soy) - vitamin K, D-alpha-tocopherol - vitamin E, cholecalciferol - vitamin D, capsule (gelatine, humectant - glycerol; water, colour - E 150d).
Allergens: fish. The product may contain soy lecithin.
Usage: 1 capsule once daily after a meal, with a large amount of water.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight. The food supplement must not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not use other preparations containing vitamin D or K.
