Forest berries flavour: 67,5 % magnesium citrate - Aquamin, inulin, magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring, acidity regulator citric acid, beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract blend, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
Orange flavour: 67,5 % magnesium citrate - Aquamin, inulin, magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring, acidity regulator citric acid, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, colour beta-carotene.

Usage: Mix 5 g (a slightly heaped teaspoon) with 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day. Teaspoon is not included in the package. The maximum daily dose is 5 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
