Usage: 1 serving = 40 ml. Drink 1 serving approx. 30 minutes before any physical activity and 1 serving immediately after any physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 80ml. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Shake slightly before use. Measure the recommended dose with the enclosed measuring cap and dilute the content of cap in water or sports drink. Once opened, keep properly closed and store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 Celsius and use within 2 months.
