Ingredients: rice flour, green tea extract 95% polyphenols (Camellia sinensis), capsule shell (gelatine), L-tyrosine, caffeine, L-theanine, cayenne powder (Capsicum frutescens L.), Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.), chromium picolinate.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also handles milk.
Usage: take 3 capsules daily. Best taken on an empty stomach before training. On non-training days, take 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon and evening.
