Usage: carbohydrates present in oats contribute to muscle recovery after high-intensity and/or endurance exercise. To replenish muscle glycogen stores, it is recommended to mix 2 and 1/3 scoops (100 g powder) with 150–250 ml of water or your favourite drink within 4 hours after exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming carbohydrates from as wide a variety of sources as possible, with a total intake of 4 g x 1 kg of body weight, during the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise.

The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming carbohydrates from as varied sources as possible, with a total intake of 4 g x 1 kg body weight, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children, protect from direct sunlight.
