Directions for use:
Vanilla Ice Cream flavour: first pour 175-250 ml of cold water into a shaker, then add 1 serving (1 scoop) of powder. Shake vigorously or stir for 10-15 seconds and enjoy.
Strawberry Cream flavour: mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 150-500 ml of cold water or milk at any time. Tip: always add the liquid first, and only then the powder.

Ingredients: 4 whey protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein phospholipid concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey proteins) (from milk), medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) powder (maltodextrin, fractionated coconut oil), thickener (guar gum), natural and artificial flavourings, emulsifier (lecithin from sunflower and/or soy), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, purified stevia leaf extract), silicon dioxide, flavour enhancer (potassium citrate), cinnamon, enzymes (lactase, protease).
