Mutant MCT Oil - pure concentrated MCT oil, containing six times more medium-chain triglycerides than regular coconut oil.

Usage: one serving (1 tablespoon / 15 ml) once daily with food. To assess individual tolerance, start with 1/3 serving (1 teaspoon / 5 ml) with food. Add to protein shakes, coffee, tea, salads, sauces, or drizzle over meals. Not recommended for use in baking due to the low smoke point of pure C8 and C10 MCTs.
