Usage: for experienced users of pre-workout supplements - add 1/2 scoop to 250 ml of cold water, shake for 5-10 seconds and consume 30 min. before exercise. First-time users of a pre-workout supplement - should take from 1/4 to 1/2 serving mixed with 250 ml of water to assess tolerance. Read everything before use. Do not consume if there are 4 hours left before sleep. Do not consume more than 2 servings within 24 hours.
