Ingredients: branched-chain amino acids - l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine, stabiliser - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Usage: Take 6 tablets per day, 30-40 minutes before training, immediately after it, with water or another liquid. On days when not exercising, take 5 tablets per day.
Warnings: do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children, protect from direct sunlight.
