Ingredients: water, beta-alanine, citrulline malate, L-carnitine, caffeine, glucuronolactone, citicoline, niacin (nicotinamide), ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale, 5% gingerols), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, 50% polyphenols), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), acid (citric acid), flavourings, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, neotame), maltodextrin.
Usage: Drink the contents of the ampoule before training. Shake before use.
Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Do not use with alcohol. Do not exceed a dose of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. If you are taking medication, you should consult your doctor before using the product. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not consume 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect from light. Do not freeze. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours.
