- Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after very intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Usage: Mix 2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Take 1 serving 3 times a day - immediately after training and twice between meals. On non-training days, take 1 serving between meals.
