Ingredients: alkaline creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Usage: take 1 capsule 30 minutes in the morning before breakfast, 1 capsule 30 minutes in the evening before dinner.
