Grenade 50 CALIBRE 23,2 g – is a pre-workout complex intended for use before high-intensity physical exercise.

Usage: we recommend initially using half a sachet (11,6 g). Mix the serving with 200 ml of water and drink 30 min before training. After trying the product and if you do not feel any effect, you may increase the serving to one full sachet. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
